2.5 Hours Delivery
2.5 hours delivery service is available only if orders are placed during business hours from 10 am – 8 pm only.
In case the FOOD of your choice Takes extra time to prepare, the delivery time might be increased by an hour but we will make IT sure the product reaches your doorstep at the earliest.

Payment and billing:
You must select a payment method to pay us for any purchases you make from us. Every time you use the service, you reaffirm that:

We may submit charges incurred under your account for payment, and you will be responsible for such charges, even if your membership is cancelled or terminated. We may, in our discretion, post charges to your payment method individually or may aggregate your charges with other purchases you make on the site and apply those charges to your next billing cycle. All purchases for Food and all MEMBERSHIP subscriptions are final and non-refundable.
You must notify us about any billing problems or discrepancies within 5 days after they first appear on the statement you receive from your bank or Credit Card Company.
If you do not bring such problems or discrepancies to our attention within 5 days, you agree that you waive the right to dispute such problems or discrepancies.
In case of Order cancellation, the mode of payment will be done by transferring through NEFT or by giving cheque within 14 working days. (i.e. we can’t offer your payment as cash )
Proof of identification:
AAMIO PETUK reserves the right to ask for defined proof of identification at the time of delivery. Failure to provide the same to either THE AAMIO PETUK or any of its associates can lead to cancellation of the order. In case of any gift items, the customer who has made the transaction online will have to provide his/her proof of identification.
Disclaimer of warranties; Limitation of Liability:
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
